Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI Startup Global collects and uses personal information for accounts, events, memberships and community services. It is intended to align with applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including PIPEDA and BC PIPA.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, authentication data, event registrations, verified attendance, membership and subscription status, voluntary directory profile, and support communications. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, deliver events and member benefits, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, send service notifications and improve the community experience.

Member directory

Directory participation is optional and disabled by default. Paid members may choose what information to display and may withdraw it at any time. Directory information is visible only to eligible paid members.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments, GitHub Pages for website hosting, Google for selected authentication and notification services, and Luma for selected event registrations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Contact hello@aistartupglobal.com.
