Terms of Service

These terms govern use of AI Startup Global accounts, events, learning materials and membership services.

Membership

Global+ is CA$29.99 per month after a one-time 30-day trial. Users may start the trial after signing in and completing Stripe Checkout. Trial eligibility is limited to once per user.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless access is ended for fraud or material misuse.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes subscription payments. Except where required by law or expressly stated for an event, completed subscription charges and event tickets are non-refundable. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the applicable event refund terms will be communicated.

Community conduct

Members must treat others respectfully, protect confidential community information and avoid harassment, spam, impersonation or unlawful activity. Access may be suspended for serious or repeated violations.

Materials and recordings

Member materials and event replays are licensed for personal use only. They may not be publicly redistributed, resold or shared outside the eligible account.

Changes

We may update services and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account email.
